New Clients

Weekly one-hour group classes are available in Ajax. It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time to minimize interruptions for all participants.

 

Wear comfortable, lightweight, flexible attire, such as t-shirts, leggings, or stretchy workout gear.

 

Yoga and Pilates are normally practiced with bare feet - shoes are removed at the door. Grip socks may be worn.

 

It is recommended that you bring a 1/4 inch yoga mat. Thicker mats can make standing poses less stable and thinner mats may not provide enough cushioning for seated exercises. You may wish to also bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

 

Special events and additional programs, including pre/post-natal, restorative sessions, and wellness workshops can be made available by request.
