New Clients

Weekly one-hour group classes are available in Ajax/Pickering. It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the class start time to minimize interruptions for all participants after class begins.

 

Wear comfortable, lightweight, flexible attire, such as t-shirts, leggings, or stretchy workout gear.

 

Yoga and Pilates are normally practiced with bare feet - shoes are removed at the door. Grip socks may be worn.

 

Although a limited number of exercise mats are available to rent, you may prefer to bring your own mat, a water bottle, and a small sweat towel.

 

Additional programs, including pre/post-natal, restorative sessions, and wellness workshops are available by request.
